I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my delivery scheduled for today.
I was told the delivery would arrive today, so I waited at home from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. During this time, I contacted your customer service multiple times. Each time, I was either placed on hold for an extended period without any response, disconnected, or given unclear and inconsistent information.
At one point, I was told the delivery would arrive within one hour. Based on this, I rearranged my schedule and delayed picking up my child from school. However, the delivery never arrived as promised.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I took a day off specifically to wait for this delivery, yet no delivery was made, and no accurate update was provided.
This level of service is unacceptable.
I would like a clear explanation of what happened, as well as an immediate update on when my delivery will be completed.

Staff are amazing! BUT many delivery drivers steal orders from here making it an awful experience for everyone involved. Employees NEED to start verifying the orders are marked as picked up BEFORE handing over deliveries to drivers.

I came in because I was had a delivery. I scanned my barcode, and the machine errored out. An employee named Christopher came up to me and said "That order must be in limbo then." He REFUSED 5o scan my barcode with his hand scanner, he didn't ask what the order was for, HE DIDN'T CHECK THE ROOM THAT WAS RIGHT BEHIND HIM. This was an order that would hace paid me 50$ that I had to cancel BECAUSE THE PERSON WORKING IN PICK-UPS REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING REMOTWLY RESEMBLING HIS JOB.
I then went to the customer service counter and spoke to an employee named Mimi. She magically had any and every excuse for why I couldn't speak to a manager.
The customer service here is non-existant. These two employees need to be fired.

At Lowe's I find I can get help a lot quicker than at some of the other stores which is really nice , because this big of a store can be overwhelming.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
