We asked two different workers about what we were looking for and they just told us aisle numbers. They didn’t even care to come down the aisles with us and help us to make sure we got what we needed. Other hardware stores we have experienced have gone down the aisles with us at least. Ended up leaving to order it on Amazon and we walked right by one the workers who we asked for help and they didn’t even care to follow up and see if we found what we were looking for.
