Disappointing customer service.
No one asked if they could assist while we are in the store. We asked two different workers about what we were looking for and they just told us aisle numbers. They didn’t even care to come down the aisles with us and help us to make sure we got what we needed. Other hardware stores we have experienced have gone down the aisles with us at least. Ended up leaving to order it on Amazon and we walked right by one the workers who we asked for help and they didn’t even care to follow up and see if we found what we were looking for.

I avoid this Lowe’s simply because they have allowed Flock cameras all over their parking lots. It’s a gross invasion of privacy, if you are not familiar with what terse are, please just google or search Flock camera flaws and vulnerabilities on YouTube.

We came here to buy garden materials and found everything we needed. We purchased paver blocks in a big box, and they assured us that they would take back any damaged pieces. We returned a few damaged ones, and there was no waste—they kept their word. We were very satisfied.
We also checked the home appliances section. The staff explained the products clearly, which was very helpful. Overall, a good shopping experience.
