There were other options in stock on the website for a bit less, but am happy with my choice. My top priority was quick delivery, which was 2 weeks out, overall acceptable but was hoping for within the week.

I had been shopping ng for recliners for a while and had settled on 2 LA Z Boys and we went home to confirm colors. When I went back a couple of days later to place the order, Brian was not working that day, I was informed there was a promotion going on the next weekend that included free shipping, a $200 item. I was informed I had to come back the next weekend and to pay then to get the credit. I was not allowed to pay that day I was or to call in on the weekend I had to be there in person. I was making a nearly $7,000 purchase and there were not willing to give me the delivery credit unless I came back to the store on the weekend. So I went on Sunday to pay and Brian was there. He was very apologetic and did his best to make things right and he was surprised I was forced to return for the delivery credit. I liked Brian but if I would have had an easy alternative I would have taken it.
