- MNMB NYCityJun 6, 20162.0Mixed bag with this place. Their landscape work was decent if it a bit overpriced, however, it added value to the property. But I had a horrendously odd and infuriating issue with an older female employee who shoveled up a big load of medium to very large cobblestone-like rocks and showered them like meteors onto the back of my truck gate, thus marring the gate with scores of small dents and scratches while a full 1/3 of the dumped load went on the ground. The gate was down just to avoid this kind of thing. She ordered me to put up the gate so I thought she'd angle it in such a manner as to go into the bed and not all over the gate and the ground--I have a long F-150 bed, the longest they made. So I put up the gate, she showers it down and I'm like, WHAT THE HELL?? And she drives off, parks the loader, and walks off. I was astounded and with my partner spent ten minutes picking the stones off the ground. I took pictures of the damage to the truck and will attempt a settlement with them or go to small claims court. It was outrageous. I did nothing to piss this woman off and certainly nothing to warrant such an act. She could have dumped the rocks into the bed without damaging my tail gate and unloading 1/3 of the load on the ground. It wasn't necessary at all, just incredibly stupid and callous.
