I don't agree with the monthly fee when they're only here every other month (when they actually show up), I don't agree with the cancelation fee and I don't agree we should pay when they don't show up. Calling their office gets you nowhere. I called with an emergency once and the lady I talked to couldn't even tell me the name of the pesticide they used, which I needed for poison control. The lady wrote an email to the higher ups and said they'd get back to me. Two days later, I heard back. They're lucky I figured it out and it wasn't a more serious situation. They've cancelled on us 3 times just this month. Happened again today. They told us twice today they were gonna show up. They didn't. We have to take days off work to be home the days they come out to make sure our cats are inside. So we've missed out on work just for them not to show up. Don't recommend. Never again. Looking into this company, many people have had issues with them, especially when it comes to canceling so wish me luck on that. My family uses the same company and they still have ants. Pesticide has done nothing. Don't bother with this company unless you want a headache to deal with.

Aptive has a system of great communication with reminders before the day of service and progress updates on the day of appt. Followed with a synopsis of service including pictures. Today's technician was pleasant and thorough.
