    Been serviced by this company for several years. No complaints whatsoever. Employees that perform services at my home always do so very well. Today, Orion did a wonderful job. Great worker !

    Nolan was able to walk me and my mom through all the details and explain anything we had questions with was super nice helpful and easy to talk to had a great attitude and went above and beyond very satisfied

    Multiple times they left my back gate open, the last time resulting in one of my dogs getting out and almost getting into an altercation with one of my neighbor dogs while they were out on a walk. After it happened, the first time I called and request that they would pay attention to and be vigilant about making sure my gate was securely closed, however, they clearly don’t pay attention to what is in the file. Very disappointed., My dog could’ve gotten seriously injured or killed or they could’ve hurt somebody else.

    The person who has been doing our pest control is excellent. The practices of Aptive are deceiving because they schedule you every 60 days if you don’t make sure to schedule every 90 days.

    The man was very helpful and explained the process. I also had him check our trailer for mice. He found evidence of mice and put some traps in the trailer. Thank you for being so through and helpful.
