  I had a frustrating experience with your cashier, Kilani. While shopping, two employees (one seemed to be a manager) told me you could match the online price. At checkout, Kilani refused and told me to find the person who said that, which wasted my time. She also stopped another cashier from helping me. This level of service is disappointing. I hope this can be improved so others don’t have the same experience.

  Well, tonight I went in just before closing and needed to grab just a couple of things. As I made my way through the store everything was nice and clean, organized as it should have been. I've been in this industry for 27 years and it's not often I can't find a tool when I go looking for it. Well, tonight was one of those nights. I made my way to the tool department and went for the tool that I thought I needed, but I was wrong in my selection. I then asked for some assistance from a guy passing by that was one of the associates and he gladly stopped to help. When we come to the conclusion that he was not sure, he radioed for someone. When that gentleman arrived, he also did not know the answer to my question so he called a third person. When this gentleman arrived, I asked my question and we all stood there going over the possibilities and then I was shown to the area where I was supposed to be looking for the said tool. The moral to the story is, these guys are helpful! Even in the case that they cannot be as helpful as they would like to be, they will find someone who has the answer. Now I've never been much of a Lowe's shopper, but I have been going to Lowe's a little more than usual here lately on the count of availability. As well as the fact that they stay open till 10:00 p.m. when my normal store, Home Depot closes at 9:00 p.m. :-( When you're working late and need that last minute item, you can rest assured of two things, you can have a little more time with Lowe's and even at closing time, these guys are willing to do whatever they need to do to help you out and get you on your way. Great job Lowes, keep up the great work. On top of all that, these guys were in the best possible moods that they could have been in for having to deal with me right at closing time. Thanks guys!

  I don't usually shop Lowe's. They had a clearance item at multiple stores. I needed more than what Bonnie Lake had in store. I called this store they had them. They would not hold them. And they wanted full price, not the discount clearance price. But I needed 10 tiles, they had 12 of them. I bought them, More than likely We'll not ever go back to this store.
