- ASAmy SauvageauDec 13, 20251.0For coming in on a Saturday late morning Im very surprised how inappropriate the staff was, not a single employee out of 10 of them asked if we needed assistance - however one older lady asked if my husband was nice and proceeded to say she doesn't like his attitude cause he was on the phone - the others standing there didnt even address me when I asked for assistance they were sure excited to talk about their fake fantasy football team. I understand the holiday season is slow, but lets be a little professional Lowes lets talk more about how to help a customer instead of judging their personal life. And maybe spend some time and money cleaning up the parking lot and drug needles instead of trash employees who insult your customers, dont help them and make them uncomfortable.

I get a lot of materials and tools for my business, and I love good deals - but not at this store. If you see a deal online or on the shelf, be prepared for a completely different price at checkout. And when you ask about it, the managers act like you’re trying to steal something instead of simply asking for the correct price. So much wasted time unpleasant trips.

Wasted a quart of paint because she decided not to pay attention , hurry up , so she could get back to chatting with her co workers. She gave me the color of the drywall side of the dried paint sample. What pigments did she even mix to the paint base? $23 bucks wasted. Would advise not to use this Lowes.
