- TNTiffanie Nelson6 days ago5.0I visited Hobby Lobby many times during the Christmas season and shopped at the Tukwila, Federal Way, and Lakewood locations. All three stores had friendly staff and were clean and well maintained. That said, there’s something about the Federal Way location that really stands out. It has a more comfortable, relaxed feel compared to the others. Even during busy times, it never feels overcrowded or rushed. I can take my time browsing, looking up and down aisles, and actually enjoy being in the store. I’m not sure if it’s the wider aisles, the way products are displayed, or just how well organized the layout is, but it makes a noticeable difference. It feels less chaotic and much easier to shop without feeling overwhelmed. If I have the choice, the Federal Way location is definitely my go-to for all my Grinchmas needs!!

While checking out, I gave the employee one of my reusable bags which I thought would be enough for all the items I bought, but she packed it terribly, so filled it quickly. I then grabbed another bag from my bag of reusable bags that was sitting in the top portion of the cart. After she finished ringing everything up, I’m waiting for her to tell me my total and she says “I need to look inside of your bags first” My reusable bags, filled with empty reusable bags where you JUST saw me grab one from? Really?? Pretty ridiculous considering she literally just watched me fully open and grab into that bag. Never mind the fact that I’m wearing $10k worth of diamonds and carrying a $7k purse!!! I will no longer be shopping here, I refuse to support a company that allows their employees to profile shoppers, especially while preaching about how “Christian” they are. I work very hard for my money and they don’t deserve a penny of it after this experience!
