Do not buy an appliance from here. My husband and I bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's and the whole experience has been a disaster. We first had issues scheduling our install date. The installers showed up on a day we didn't agree to. Then, they installed the new dishwasher, turned it on and left. It didn't even finish the cycle before it started leaking all over our floor. We called to get someone out to fix it and Lowe's said they only send people out on Thursdays so it would have to be another week. Whatever, fine. Then the day comes around and we aren't told what the install window is, instead I have to call Lowe's to find out. Lowe's customer service told me what it was but said that the installers would call or text when they were on their way. That didn't happen. When the installers did show up, I explained the issue and it seemed like this was the first time they were hearing the details. They seemed confused and were very difficult to communicate with . Ultimately they said our brand new dishwasher we paid like a thousand bucks for after taxes and install fees was broken and we'd need a new one. What?! They said Lowe's would be in touch with us about that and it hasn't happened. At this point we will probably just have to do a charge back on our card or something. Completely ridiculous.

I went in there yesterday to get a few things. One item was 5 bags a playground sand. Robert in the windows department. Drop what he was doing. Got a cart, loaded the sand and take me to his check stand in the window department in cash me out very quickly. He also pushed my cart all the way to the contractors door so I could get in my car and drive around and pick it up. He was very friendly, his customer service was impeccable and I left satisfied. Thank you Robert!

We went in to buy interior doors. Not one employee talked to us, literally just gave us dirty looks. I couldnt figure out why? Then I noticed them looking at my husbands hoodie. It says WE THE PEOPLE. They refused to help us because of his hoodie? So i put it to the test. I smiled at every single one of them, all of them All OF THEM gave a nasty look or just walked away. Usually when you see a customer smile you ask them if they need help. It was obvious they were not going to help we the people. Didnt even get the, "Thanks for coming in," when we walked out, just the dirty look as the girl went back to her phone. How ignorant and purile. You lost about $2500.00 from us. So we went to Home Depot in Snohomish where we were met with greetings and smiles. They will get our business.

Came in today with a friend who was buying a toolbox. Made our way to the tool box aisle and thats where we met Bob.
We told him what we needed and he bent over backwards several times to help us figure it out. Bob ran (i mean this literally) and checked the stock room several times for us and each time he did it with a smile.
He even hooked us up with some cardboard to lay in my truck bed to protect the finish on the toolbox since we had to lay it down.
I can't give enough praise to Bob. Truly the epitome of quality customer service.
Everyone else in the store was very friendly and courteous as well.
10/10 experience at the Everett Lowe's

Came here to get some indoor plants, since it’s almost spring! When I walked in, not 1, but 2 employees went to find me a cart when I asked and were super friendly! Which is so refreshing compared to a lot of the customer service I receive in Seattle. Micki helped me when I checked out in the garden section and was also very friendly and helpful in informing me about the year long refund policy. I highly recommend this Lowes!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
