I had the key blank and wasn’t locked out of the car. I merely wanted a second key. I was told over the phone it would cost $26.50 for the key, programming and the only additional charge would be tax. I was told they would be there in 20-25 minutes. I had an appointment and when they didn’t show up in over an hour, I left the key blank with my boyfriend to meet them. I come back to find a bill for $208 and learned the key is not a transponder key so didn’t need programming. Not only do they not show up on time but they do not charge what they quote. If I had been here I would have refused payment. Beware these guys are total scammers!
