The technician Ryan did an excellent job today. I really appreciated the detailed update and the photos of the treatment areas. He were thorough in covering the entry points and eaves, and the communication was professional and clear. 10/10 service!"

I've been using Aptive for some time. Different individuals come out and inspect and treat our property and everyone is helpful and courteous. Today, the tech was especially helpful and addressed all my requests and questions.

We had two people visit our house for pest control this month. I did not have a nice experience. They were giggling between themselves when I asked them to skip one of the rooms cause my husband was taking a meeting from there. He went to spray inside the pantry which I told him he could skip and left out the patio where insects could be expected. He finished garage too quickly like in a matter of few seconds, so I dont even think he did anything in there. Same with the backyard space, finished it off too quickly, barely spent anytime. He did not go through our entire backyard but just a small part of our lawn. In the end they spent a lot of time trying to push us to upgrade to a premium plan. I dont know what was so funny about our house that they were laughing about. Would not recommend.

I went to talk to the service person partway through his work and asked how much bait for the rat stations had been eaten. He had checked one trap and barely anything had been disturbed. He then said he had to still spread some insecticide pellets and I asked what about the other 2 bait stations. He said the previous service person‘s notes said there was only one rat bait station. I explained there’s always been three and why wasn’t he checking the notes from your company and instead of the previous person’s field notes. He went and rechecked and came back with more of the Blue Max bait cubes. I then showed him where the other two bait stations were and he refilled them. These two bait stations showed quite a bit of rat activity along with one dead rat near a station. Now I wonder if the previous person who was out last only checked one of the bait stations. One other thing when I asked if the blue Max bait was safe for pets if they were to eat a dead rat that had died from internal bleeding from the Difethialone ingredient. He said it was safe for pets. The blue Max website on their product stated it can cause internal bleeding, breathing difficulties, and can cause death. He said he was told by his company that the product was safe when in fact, it is not. Could you please reply to my comments? Thank You Greg Harlow
