Not having the same technicians going to your jobs and each new one not having a clue what is going on, and also every 3-4 months when there is an active problem, is pretty sloppy lazy work. Thought you guys were the pros. Fix it or I’m going to cancel my service.

They promised a one-year contract with only six visits per year, but instead showed up every month even when we did not need the service, including during winter. For the last two months, they took our money and did not show up at all. The pest problem was never resolved, and we had to spend our own money to fix what they failed to do. After all this, they still come around and advertise their services. Do you have no shame?

I woke up at 6:30 to a message telling me I was the first stop of the day and to expect them at 8. I woke up my husband with dementia and my daughter who works nights and had just gone to bed. After we were all dressed and ready we wrangler our 4 cats into their carriers just as the aptive truck drove up. After a few moments it drove away. I waited until 8:15 and then texted. He let me know the office had rescheduled him to be elsewhere and that I should be hearing from someone soon. The dementia patient began ranting and cats were howling. Not a pleasant morning. I called the office and requested afternoon appointments from now on. But being informed of changes when they are made would be helpful.
