They were awesome very thorough. I checked the work afterwards and was impressed. The techs attention to detail was spot on. I watched him treat the yard, taking time to give attention to under the deck. Very polite, messages from the tech told me when he would be here and he even told me when he was done. Overall much appreciated, service was 10/10 in my books. Keep up the outstanding work and you will put Moxie out of business.

Kaden Martin from Aptive Pest Control did a fantastic job today. He helped address some pest issues we were dealing with and took the time to walk me through what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated.
He also helped set up the right follow-up service so we stay on top of things going forward. What stood out most was how communicative he was throughout - he kept me updated, was easy to reach, and made the whole process smooth.
Overall, very professional and thorough. Highly recommend Kaden and the Aptive team.

well, I complained about two weeks ago to no avail. Guy was here from active and I don’t know what what the deal is. He only talked about replacing one of the I only had one rat box and he said the first one was grungy and he replaced it my wife and I were both home. Neither one of us saw the guy he didn’t leave a card or an envelope saying what he done or anything then I get a notice is just another guy coming today so I don’t know what he’s supposed to be doing. I was here and I was working. Outback didn’t see him again. My wife was gone. She didn’t see him I called him. He assured me that he had done snother thing thing aeverything he was supposed to do. I don’t know what that was. I’m quite unhappy with active and will probably be changing quite soon. I’d like people and I like to see them and I like to know what they’re doing and why I would have two people within 10 days here if they are different subjects or different issues to take care of that’s fine nobody tells you anything. That’s my review. another thing if I had been able to talk to him, I would’ve told him that I have a wasp and a bee problem right here at the house. I don’t know whether it’s covered by active or not but I’d sure act like to know. Thank you.

I wasn’t sent any notifications or reminders that they were coming today up to this visit today they’ve been really great but I just got a text from the person on when they would be arriving within an hour before they arrived and I never got any text telling me what they did or any pictures of where they covered like each visit prior. I hope the next visit is better or I will end up canceling! Also I can’t give you feedback on their visit since I wasn’t informed on their work today at my house.

Hard salesman who said they were only one with an "agricultural license," and I fell for it. Do your research, and don't let them bully you into a contract.
They do clear my overhanging rafters of the spiders and wasps (allergic). They do a great job of contacting you and asking for specific instructions.
They promised it was safe for my pets (you can't let pets out until the product dries, and I gave it an additional 15 minutes). However, my dog developed a neuogenic condition after they started applying product. Coincidence, maybe.
So, use your judgment. A reputable company doesn't have to use hard sales tactics. And they won't make you commit to a two or three year plan with a monetary penalty for leaving early if you are unhappy with their services. Or no longer need them.
