I reached a live person, but it was hard to hear them because they were quiet and mumbled, plus I could hear my own echo. Even though I told them I was having a hard time hearing, they didnt change their volume or clarity - I can only be asked so many questions that I'm not understanding due to your lack of enunciation before I give up! Which I did, I hung up and didnt even get a price quote. I was able to give an address and zip code, but the following questions were impossible to understand. I get a callback 15 minutes later, but it sounds like a totally different person. I let them know I no longer need the help, but even that was strangely difficult to get across. Like was I talking to AI?? Finally to wrap this all up, I get another call an hour after that. This time from a woman asking to confirm I no longer need help... yes for the third time, I do not need a locksmith anymore. I was super nice about it, said thanks for checking back. She didnt even say goodbye or acknowledge, just hung up. Rude! I'd stay away from this company. Feels like they outsource/contracy out other locksmiths or independents. Feels shady and clearly the system and workers don't communicate because why did I get two callbacks
