David is a great man, loves to laugh, fun stories and all heart if you hear him out and participate in your journey too. He will follow through on his end to connect missing dots keeping everyone whole if you can avoid being rude. If the struggle is real, come in person to talk and bring any details you have. He wants to help. Newest Manager David and assistant Abby are phenomenal slowly cleaning up the place. As a customer: if you see something, say something to David in office. I hope the district manager (Mickey?) will be willing to hear out client stories plus Davids insights as he continues to develop progress going forward. He is certainly the man for the job.
