The carpeting on the stairs was especially bad, and I was skeptical if some of the stains would come out. Pro Carpet did an incredible job deep cleaning all of the carpets. Shane was friendly, professional, and courteous, and even managed to get the stains out of the stairs! We were so impressed with the job that they did in our new home, that we hired them to clean all of the floors in our house that was up for sale! We will absolutely being using Pro Carpet again!
