I pulled the key to inspect and indeed there was a micro piece of key that hadn’t fall off during the process. It came right off and the key worked perfectly. So JUST AS THE KEY MACHINE SAYS,…Check for tiny pieces and burrs after cut process has finished. I plan to use this process again in the future.
