This was my first time buying blinds and Jon was able to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and help me find the best solution for my home and my needs. He took the time to explain all of the different types of blinds, letting me know pros and cons of each based on my situation, and helped narrow down the selection through detailed analysis of what we needed and wanted for our home. Once I decided the type of blind that would work best for us, Jon was able to help me narrow down and choose a color that would best complement my home and furnishings. Once I made my selection and purchased the blinds, Jon even met me at my friend's home down the street so that she was finally able to purchase blinds for her windows that had no window treatments for years! A couple months ago my condo replaced the windows and took the window coverings down, and in doing so broke one. I called Budget Blind and Walter answered. I sent him pictures of the damage, reminded me that I have a 5 year " no questions asked" replacement for both blinds! The good news is that the blinds I thought were broken, were not and I decided to set up a time to have budget blind staff return to reinstall so I knew it was done right! Great service Great staff Quick response Honest group! Thank you and will absolutely use in the future for my window coverings needs

Budget Blinds promptly responded to my request to repair or replace the old blinds. Baily was right on time for our scheduled appointment, and super-efficient in helping us plan our replacement. Most importantly, right away, Baily was plainly someone we could trust to advise us. To me, Baily's skill and integrity manifest an efficient and trustworthy operation--a good organization has good people like him.
