Had one employee walk past me while trying to get help with flooring - and seems to be a big lack of cross training in the store. Just canceled my order do to customer service online telling me to go in store, and customer service in store telling me to call or deal with it online. Wasted lots of time

- AKAnthony Kappes5 days ago1.0I bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s and they came to install it and after they left, it wasn’t assembled all the way it wasn’t secured to the countertop. It wasn’t leveled with leveling feet and it was hanging the spot where they were supposed to mount it so that the door don’t even close when I went to the store to complain about it. I waited for a half hour to speak to an assistant manager or a manager and nobody ever came I will never use Lowe’s again. I will never shop there.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
