  I used to love this place even tho it is expensive, I valued the good customer service and clean atmosphere. These last 3 visits were not only horrible but all three workers I had an experience with don't know the meaning of providing positive customer services. Then to top it off tries to humiliate you in front of other customers. Sad face!!!! Hopefully these aren't the owners. Me and my family and network will definitely not return. 😁 I shoulda stayed with my Lakeway place!!

  Absolutely amazing employee not sure what his name was but he had been helping me with a machine and swiped his own card because mine aswell as other people's was glitching, definitely will be coming back soon to pay it forward I appreciate the hospitality and support

  Their machine ate my money, about $10 and the young girl at the front was flippant with me, was visibly angry that I asked her for assistance, and generally acted like a petulant child. I asked for the correct way to operate a machine to avoid this in the future and she scoffed and said she didn't know. Do not come to this place if you want quality service or a clean laundromat. I am genuinely appalled at how I was treated here.
