  We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit. Camille worked with me to rent a truck for our move out. Our move out date changed a few times and she explained the move out process regarding our automatic payment plan. I would highly recommend Carolina St. Storage for any storage needs.

  Excellent response Thomas, You noticed too how Camille goes on and on blah blah blah. Nothing is ever her fault but she does stay busy stalking people around the storage area. No time to answer the phone. And Yes, renting from CarolinaStreet Self Storage was a horrible experience for me.
