We were locked out of our house and not only did they vastly overcharge us, knowing we had no option but it later occurred to us that they lied about what needed to be done to open the door and proceeded to needlessly drill out the lock and leaving a mess everywhere. You'd think for $1,500 (which they didn't tell us until it was too late) they would at least sweep up. They also triple charged for "labor" by calling it three different things on the line itemization. In short: Don't walk away, run away

All I wanted was my car key blank cut and NOT programmed absolutely nothing else except it being cut. Ace hardware chargers 40 dollars to get your key cut but It was a little to late and they closed so I called this lock smith and they come out and tell me it’s 150 to get my key cut with no programming, that’s literally 50 dollars less than with the programming and the programming is what takes time and cost the most. So yeah they like to scam and prices are extremely high. Don’t recommend to anyone who is trying to get their car key cut.

He said he didn’t know if he could fix it but still wanted to try. We told him to take a hike and paid the service call. Not happy
