Their personal attention and integrity keeps me coming back. Plus, Adem comes from a long line of rug merchants and really knows his stuff! BTW, for some reason I had someone else on Bainbridge clean my rugs this summer. Big mistake. I had to have Shirvan clean them ALL again. They are the only people I will let touch my rugs in the future.
