Hal started Window-ology in 1993. Never shying away from a challenge, he learned the business by doing every aspect of the job and taking on projects that other companies couldn't or wouldn't do. That experience has proven to be very useful to find solutions for many unusual situations.

Since the business name is so easy to remember, I was happy to learn that they were still in business when I Googled the name. Pamela was the sales person who came to my home. I wasn't sure what I wanted for a large window in my master bedroom. She showed me a couple options, helped me choose colors & followed up w/price quotes. Both were more than I had planned to spend, so I was very pleased that she didn't stop there & called me back w/another option. She came back a second time to show me the style & colors available more in my price range. Hal (owner) & Pamela are both personable & provide the type of customer service that is rare today. Payment was made easy via Zelle & I'm looking forward to receiving my new window covering later this month!

We got the Hunter Douglas Duettes with blackout for the bedrooms and light filtering in common rooms. We even put one on a motor that's in a high location. Darcy has great decorating sense and was a major help in deciding which blinds we chose... she also knows the product well. I felt completely comfortable leaving her and Hal to finish the install in my home while I returned to work: they left the house perfectly tidy. I'll be a repeat customer for sure. Their price can't be beat for a product of this quality.
