Found myself needing to manually open the gate using the keypad because the app kept saying restricted access during the allowed hours. The keypad to get past the gate is also not bolted down properly which causes mispressing of numbers. The storage unit that was supposed to be ready for move in as of today still had that green dummy lock in it. Overall, I'll just count this as a major inconvenience because I drove 50 miles round trip to get nothing done. My plan and reservations for moving everything all in one day has now been delayed to next weekend. On a positive note, getting the unit was easy and seamless since we already had a unit somewhere else with this company. The representative that had helped us was very knowledgeable and had a sense of humor.
