    Update: they replied with contact them again i spent over an hour on the phone with them not doing it again and they think once they fix this ill be a loyal customer again dont think so. Do not buy ANY appliances from this store they added a monthly warranty fee on my washing machine. Then the same day they called and said its the wrong warranty and all I needed was a 5 year warranty. I went in they refunded my 1st month warranty now a month later I'm being charged again for the month to month warranty and they tell me that there is nothing they can do about it in the store. They told me to call the warranty number and it's a recording and you can't talk to a person so I half to cancel my card so they can't take another payment out next month.

    Tried Lowe's instead of Home Depot for the first time. Ordered a couple french doors and most of the installation material. The night prior to delivery I received a text that said delivery is scheduled from 9AM-1PM. The next day I got another text at 2:24 that said my order was delivered, and then the doors and trim showed up around 4PM... sorry thanks for wasting my day. On top of that about 5 other itmes that were also scheduled to be delivered today did not come. When I called and asked for like hey worst case scenario when could I expect the rest of the supplies to install the doors the lady said the delivery drivers arent our normal drivers, I can say that tour stuff is here at the store ready for a driver to pickup... then said by. Thanks Lowes

    We had a very disappointing experience with Lowe’s at the Smokey Point location. Yesterday we purchased a refrigerator and were told by the associate that the box was damaged, but the fridge itself was perfectly fine. After unloading it at home and plugging it in, we discovered a large dent in the back and a cracked control panel that was clearly broken. When we called the store the next morning, the only solution offered was to exchange it for the floor model — which also had visible damage, including a dented door. We were willing to accept that option and simply asked if we could swap the doors since the refrigerator we purchased was already a total loss. Unfortunately, they refused. Paying full price for another damaged appliance did not feel reasonable or fair. We then went to the Mount Vernon Lowe’s, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were kind, helpful, and worked with us until we were fully satisfied. The process was easy, professional, and exactly what customer service should look like. Because of this experience, we will no longer shop at the Smokey Point Lowe’s and will gladly make the drive to Mount Vernon for the excellent customer service instead.

    Disappointed that a well stocked big box lumber yard/hardware store had such a small selection of electrical outlet covers. I need oversized... yea, good luck with that at Lowes... and the ones I did get, I found one broken inside the package when I got home. Another broke way too easily when i was installing it. Just ordered what I need from Amazon, got it in a day, sturdier part, cheaper and what I needed, no hassle.
