Arborist were professional, did a great job shaping our 40 year old trees and came up with solutions on some which looked not worth saving. But they did save them. I will use them next year when trimming will need to be done again!

We were worried it would just randomly fall and hurt someone or worse. Yesterday, I messaged J&L. I received a call back in about 5 minutes. Not even a couple of hours later Drew came out, assessed the limb and gave me an estimate. They came out this morning and took care of it. I wish I had called them a long time ago. Drew was so nice and very knowledgeable. He and his assistant did an amazing job. I am so relieved to have been able to get this done so quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely call them again. I could not have asked for better service, price or results.
