- ENEliza NorfordJul 26, 20251.0Overall I thought this place was great while in use. However, when it came time to end, I was met with a very unfortunate situation. On the contract, there is no clear information for how to end your time using the locker. I was told to just leave it unlocked and we’d be all set. On the day my contract ended, I called multiple times to confirm I was done, and with no answer I left the place unlocked with the keys. Later that month I was charged for another month and did not get my security deposit back. I called back and they said it was a miscommunication and would refund me, but that never happened. They have since stopped answering the phone when I called. Again there were no clear instructions for ending, and they do not pick up the phone consistently to help. In the end, I ended up paying an extra $150, and never even got my security deposit back, even after being out on the correct date and keeping the locker clean. They use the initial unclear instructions to scam you out of more months at the end, and I have known other friends who have had this same experience. This was extremely disappointing as otherwise this place was great. Felt very scammed by the end as if they know how to take advantage of students.
