I live nearby so it is "my local store" with easy parking and access, but often I have to go to other big box stores to get what I need because this branch seems to have limited inventory.
The staff is a mixed bag. Some very helpful & knowledgeable in customer service, but one woman in appliance department was probably the rudest staffer I ever met in a big box store.

I am filing a serious complaint regarding an employee named NATALIE at Lowe’s Home Improvement. Every time my boyfriend and I visit this store, she engages in repeated, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior toward him, including persistent flirting despite the fact that we are clearly a couple and he has explicitly stated that he is GAY and not interested. Her conduct has escalated to the point of inviting him out to dinner while she was on the clock, which is completely unacceptable in a professional environment. This pattern of behavior shows a total lack of respect, boundaries, and professionalism toward CLIENTS, and creates a hostile and uncomfortable experience for us as paying customers who spend significant money at this location. This is not a minor issue — it is ongoing harassment and should be treated as such. I expect Lowe’s to take immediate and appropriate action to address this situation, ensure accountability, and enforce proper workplace conduct standards.
