    The SB Lowes Manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to help with an issue with our new LG washer (which is a total lemon). LG has given us the run around for more than three months but Dominic has been kind enough to spend hours on the phone trying to get LG to make good on their product. It is amazing to me that a store manager has to spend hours of their time dealing with these awful appliance companies while trying to manage a store. Thank you Dominic. Fingers crossed that LG will take their terrible product back.

    We ordered a new sliding patio door and a new front door from David at Lowe's in March. The doors were installed in June, after many calls because Lowe's needed to deliver the doors, but didn't. Once they finally delivered our doors, the installer put them in, but there was no screen door, which we paid for. I e-mailed David several times and didn't hear anything back. Finally I spoke to someone else at Lowe's, and they said it wasn't the first complaint they've had about him. I finally heard back from David after I complaiinted and was told the store probably lost it, and he would order another one. It took from June until August for David to actually look for our door, which was at the store the whole time. The screen was finally delivered in September, and here were are in December and they have yet to install it after getting a call every week to say our issue has been "escalated" to the next level. Not a good experience at all.

    Went there on 11/28/2025 around 11. Don’t you dare ask a question! I had a question for the lady that works in aisle 6 about curtains, and oh God, is she miserable? I tolerated her attitude. She measured the curtains, and told me to look for 35 In. I found it and wanted to show her to make sure, and she literally yelled No, followed by another No, and then reinforced by yet another NO. And that grumpy guy working at the paint section ( on 11/28/2025 around 11) had attitude issues. Lowe’s, you gotta make sure those people do want to be there because the way I see it, they hate being there and helping people.
