  Rude and inconsiderate staff. Co manger acts like she queen of the world and tell you your wrong when you can show your not. Won't even discuss things with you. Waste of time and energy. Go to Burlington you'll find something better at a store that actually cares.

  I don't get to visit as often as I liked to but I always enjoy coming to this location. It's large and bright, always clean and the employees are always very nice.

  Two thumbs down for the Assistant Manager Jerry ( as I heard the name) at the Hobby Lobby in Berlin, VT. When I was checking out, a woman in front needed pricing etc so it was taking a long time to get her through. This person apologized to those of us standing in line and asked the cashier and Asst manager if they could open another register to which Jerry responded with a quick “no”. After waiting 10 more min, the woman was finally checked out and as I moved forward to be waited on, the Assistant Manager slapped down the “Checkout Closed” sign- no words, no “ sorry”, nothing except “checkout 4 will be open in a minute”. This was such rude behavior, which I told Him, to which his response was a bland “sorry”. That was my first and likely last visit to that store. I’d rather drive to a Michael’s where I’ve always had good customer service and interactions.
