- CCChristaOct 12, 20255.0I don't get to visit as often as I liked to but I always enjoy coming to this location. It's large and bright, always clean and the employees are always very nice.
- INIrene NewshamOct 10, 20251.0Two thumbs down for the Assistant Manager Jerry ( as I heard the name) at the Hobby Lobby in Berlin, VT. When I was checking out, a woman in front needed pricing etc so it was taking a long time to get her through. This person apologized to those of us standing in line and asked the cashier and Asst manager if they could open another register to which Jerry responded with a quick “no”. After waiting 10 more min, the woman was finally checked out and as I moved forward to be waited on, the Assistant Manager slapped down the “Checkout Closed” sign- no words, no “ sorry”, nothing except “checkout 4 will be open in a minute”. This was such rude behavior, which I told Him, to which his response was a bland “sorry”. That was my first and likely last visit to that store. I’d rather drive to a Michael’s where I’ve always had good customer service and interactions.

- DSDonna SanvilleAug 30, 20251.0I just drove 1 and a half hours to shop at Hobby Lobby only to be treated rudely by the CoManager Keri ! There was a peice of veneer missing on the cubboard i wanted to purchase . I asked if i could get one sent to me as i live so far from a store. During this conversation she rolled her eyes and huffed a bit. Stated it was the same price on line ....which it wasnt. Its 10 dollars more on line. She didnt like me bringing that to her attention and her attitude went down hill. She does not represent this store well. I have always been treated with respect and politeness by all staff until today. I left the store embarrassed by the whole experience. I will take my business else where!
