- RRRobyn RosenthalAug 30, 20241.0I visited this store, which was listed on the manufacturer's website as an authorized dealer, to order a $1,000 light fixture and was rudely turned away by the employee who was too busy to place the order. He suggested I could look through some catalogs and order it on line after I told him I preferred to deal with a brick and mortar store to purchase something expensive that is extremely breakable. ***Apparently the only way to get service is to leave a one star review. I came home and placed the order for both fixtures and lamps on line with a different company.
