I started painting my ceiling and bought 5 gallons of Sherman Williams ceiling paint. One coat gureenteed. Well I needed a second coat and the paint didn't match. This is paint off the shelve nothing needed to be tinted. We'll the second 5 gallon bucket didn't match. Now this paint is $200 for a 5 gallon bucket. Store manager said there is nothing he can do, some paint just doesn't match. He also said I need to call Sherman Williams myself and try to get a replacement. Now I am not looking to scam Lowes and get free paint. I have a picture to prove the paint doesn't match. The paint should have been replaced and we both go on our way. I called Sherman Williams and they are giving a refund, but after all the money I have spent at Lowes on this project ($20,000+) and they couldn't take care of this ,I will not go back. Home Depot will be my new store. Just another thought, No one is ever available to help you when your in the store. You lost a loyal customer.
