He went to a group of other Lowe's employees including someone named Eleno and he said they didn't have any of those that they were all out.. and that I was that I was too late. I'm thinking like 'aren't you prepared for stuff like this?' Bottom line if you blame someone else, you're powerless to fix it yourself. Eleno earned you this one star review because of his flippant response when I told him to watch your attitude because we pay you. He responded 'no you don't..Lowe's pays me.' I asked him who pays Lowes? He got quiet. Randall, who was kind, was there listening to everything. I am a professional singer from the West Coast. Not good to give us bratface responses because we write songs about you.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
