The staff was very polite, informative, and showed me several unit options/configurations. What i saw was a well maintained and clean facility. I rented my unit online and the process was very straightforward. It only took about 15 minutes to pick what I wanted, review the paperwork, and sign. The move in process was a breeze and everything was ready to go when promised. So far I'm very happy with renting this unit. It feels secure with multiple access codes required and the many cameras monitoring the facility.
