We are renovating our house at the moment, we have had nothing but terrible experiences from this store, we will be going to Home Depot, 2 hours away rather than continue to deal with Lowe’s incompetence and horrendous customer service. Only shop here if you want broken items and month long waits for replacements. “Customer satisfaction not guaranteed”, should be the new slogan for Lowe’s.

One star only because zero stars doesn't work. 10-25-25, associates standing around chatting but quickly disperse and disappear when asked a question. I asked three people for help but only got one fellow to give me a thumb over the shoulder point to "look back down there in aisle 15 or 16," before scurrying away. Next time, I'll just drive on over to Home Depot in Kingsport or use the "always helpful" Ace hardware over in Whitesburg, Ky.
