    WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS. One star because of the warranty company Assurant. Slow service. They use every trick to avoid helping and delay. Oh we don’t have service to your area so we will replace. Do you have your original receipt?, no? oh well it’s deleted from your Lowe’s account too. We can refund a lower amount with a Lowe’s gift card? Oh you didn’t receive it? We will send it again in one to two business days? Oh didn’t get it again? Oh we will send it in the mail in 15 business days. Never buying warranty again.

    You can never find anyone to help you. They will literally walk by. I used the app to try to locate what I needed but some items had apparently been moved. I walked around and could not find anyone to help. Will drive to Home Depot next time. It's a shame you can't get good service close to home.

    As bad as I hate to say I usually don't do stuff like this but my mom her washer had quit working correctly and she's got a five year protection plan. And I called Lowe's before taking it all the way out there and the person I talked to said they could have someone to come have it picked up or bring it on out. So got all the way out there and I was told to get ahold of service advantage so at this point I'm already irritated and trying to get a hold of service advantage and that was a nightmare and I talked to a person and they said they will have someone to come out and look at it but they didn't give me no date or anything so I'm very upset and this will probably be the last time my family and I will get anything from here

    who ever was working nights at lumber yard wasn't helpful at all I came in when weather was bad asked for help with the air outside he didn't even look away from his phone he said "it's probably broke" and that's all
