Five months later the compressor went out there is a one-year warranty on the unit when purchasing product from Lowe’s we trust that they vet products placed on their shelves Lowe’s customer service referred me to TCL warranty services. TCL warranty service services is a joke so now we are expressing to satisfaction with Lowe’s for supporting faulty products on their shells and for warranties that are not honored.

They had some pre-cut, but it was locked up, so I hit the help button and stood there for 10 minutes… I hit the Help button multiple times and it just kept paging them, but nobody ever came. Finally I had to yell at the top of my lungs “Can I get some help in wire cutting please!” An employee walked by me and kept walking, so I flagged her down. She couldn’t help but then she found someone that finally could. But he didn’t have the key so I had to wait another 10 minutes for him to go find a key. Then, finally he comes with a key and unlocks it Now after 30 minutes of just standing around I’m Finallyat the checkout and they can’t pull up the Inventory number on their computer. They call for help, the help that came couldn’t help, they called for more help, and the help that came the second time still couldn’t help and after 15 minutes Of waiting for them to figure out how to ring this up I lost my temper and left. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for 5 PM-ish on a Tuesday. The only saving grace was the cashier who was an absolute sweetheart

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
