I stopped by the store to see if i had any options. Even though the item couldn't be returned, Harleigh and the manager i worked with were able provide me with replacement batteries and charger. I was lucky to have them helping me, and since I'll be doing alot of projects coming up I'll definitely be returning to this location thanks to their awesome customer service. :)
- CKChristopher KlobMar 18, 20261.0We had a horrible experience getting a butcher block countertop for our kitchen island through this Lowes 👎. The installation crew left the job half finished, with exposed hot wires attached to dangling receptacles. Additionally, the finish on the sections of wood were inconsistent, as was the wood stain color. Finally, the main joiner seam wasn’t level. They also cut holes too large for the receptacle plates and damaged our existing trim, which they haphazardly repaired. Lowes was completely obtuse when we complained and refused to send anyone to inspect the work saying we got what we asked for. We have done several jobs through a Lowe’s in Frederick MD and we’re surprised at lack of customer service displayed on this one. Go here for off the shelf items, not home projects! The nearby Home Depot, however, did a beautiful job on our new Quartz Countertops. I’m a Home Depot shopper now, at least here in Winchester VA.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
