Shade made recommendations to alleviate the problem and would not give her a bill because he did not have to treat the house. Having the same person instead of someone different every time ensures consistency. Jim is amazing! He knows our home and the best way to treat it, as well as understanding preferences and idiosyncrasies when it comes to what I want done. He is always happy to answer any questions and he is always patient listening to any pest concerns I have. Pest control is not a cheap severe but I believe having the peace of mind knowing that my home is protected is worth every penny. He’s takes the time to answer questions we have and makes sure our concerns are addressed each visit. If we have an emergency call he is there for us to remove the countless yellow jacket nests quickly to keep our outdoor space safe for pets and kids. He does a wonderful job and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
