I received a gift card for Christmas from this location. It wasn’t loaded correctly I found out at the Lowe’s location near my residence. I called the number on the card and was told to take it to the store, they purchased the card from. So I drove from Louisa County , to Williamsburg in January. Here it is March 1st and nothing. I was told they were “checking cameras” from the manger. It was evening time on a weekend, if that helps. I’ve put a complaint in to corporate. I have called twice and they’re still “checking cameras “. My mom , who got the gift for me said a lady had swiped one card, said it didn’t load and threw it and proceeded to load the card I have now. I have receipt, talked to Higher Authorities. Spent $40.00 in gas just to get there. Terrible customer service. Apparently an older lady with a walker was working at registers. I respect the fact she is out there working but this is aggravating. Especially a company I spend a lot of money with. Home Depot , Ace Hardware and any local place is worth paying more than dealing with Lowe’s. I gave you guys 3 months and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this location. End of rant Management.

If you need help, you might not find anyone to help you. Some departments appear to be one deep and you end up having to approach an employee passing by who might be able to help you or get someone. That is a might.

Typical Lowe's well organized and staff was friendly and the store was clean. Plenty of parking and there was propane, firewood and water available along with all other home supplies
