  I love this company!! First used them two years ago while I was moving into a new house, and had them back today to clean again. This company is special - run well and does a thorough job cleaning, is honest and fair pricing. Amber and Larry were here today - so pleasant and kind. Can’t wait to have them back!

  Kristina and Alyssa arrived on time to clean our carpets and did a good job. We also had our tile and grout cleaned and sealed in the foyer, kitchen and two bathrooms. We called Conscientious back to have these redone because we couldn't see any difference in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom grout. They were happy to send their tech team out to redo these rooms which we appreciated. Kristina had different cleaning products of various strengths to use, and at our request used the strongest which was acidic. However, she wasn't going to start with the strongest one which I don't understand. Since this is the 1st time I've had this done I would ask next time to please use the strongest product on a 20+ year old floor the first time you clean it. This might have saved Conscientious Carpet from having to come to redo the job. *Note* - Kristina noticed a sticky residue on areas of the tile in my foyer the first time. She did remove some, but not all of the residue. I don't know why she didn't use a stronger cleaner (acidic?) to get all of it out.
