Larsen Doors. I bought 2, with one the sliding window/screen continually fails. With the other, the handle always falls off. They do not have a good warranty program and I must pay an outside source for repairs. Don't do it, buy with reputable name brand like Anderson. Within 2 -3 yrs you will get your money back.

I went to Aisle 17 and picked up 2 boxes of DEF. The employee was actually mad and stated that he wished people would stop getting it out of the aisle instead of upfront at the lumber door. I have never had a worker get mad that I was buying product. Poor customer service.

Someone used my credit card to purchase over $840 last week at this branch after talking to my bank I called them right away and spoke to a few people even to the manager on duty. I explained to them what happened and all I ask is for them to give me a copy of the receipt it was purchased and maybe a copy of the CCTV footage when it was done at the store so that I can help my bank and forward the matter to expedite the investigation it’s gonna be almost a week, and I still have not gotten any callback from them after being promised that they will return my call and that they will forward the matter to their asset protection. This only goes to show that they don’t really care about how the purchase that was done whether fraudulently or not because their main concern is to just make the sale. I have to do my own investigation for me to be able to pull up what was purchased since the hacker was using my email address to download their app. I called them again today and was told that there’s no manager on duty and they tried getting my info. I told the person that there’s no point leaving my name again for the 10th time if I’m not even getting any callback from them such a shame you would expect that at least they would help or assist in any ways possible. Basing on the previous reviews from this branch, looks like, management and staff needs more training or better yet replaced

Look for the guy in the wheelchair. I can't remember his name, but he's genuine and cheerfully helpful. He's usually in there near the front.

I am rating your store lower then I would normally. We are 2 senior citizens who have trouble walking long distances. The electric carts are a great help The problem with the Waynesboro Home Depot is there is no sign ringing users to plug the carts back in after use. Therefore when we come in there the carts are not charged. Your carts could use maintenance also, square wheels do now make riding very comfortable. When we were there this morning at around 11AM Not one of the 6 carts there were plugged in. I did find 2 that would run. I took one and my husband took the other. By the time I got down the first isle my cart would hardly move. I returned very slowly to the carts and found none that would work. I Therefore pushed a cart. We didn't stay long and when we went back out there wasn't enough outlets to plug the cart we had in.
