Don't ask to speak with a manager at the Waynesboro, VA store because in my experience you'll be on endless phone calls and transfers, accompanied with a disrespectful attitude to even dare make this request. Extremely disappointing service.

I used to get everything from the Lowes in Waynesboro, until the guys at the pro desk tried to scam one of my best friends into trying to force the contractor to start building a deck that was quoted to be about 2x higher than what someone could have done it and they tried to lock them into the contract when they were way behind on work with other decks, they kept trying to ignore confrontation and avoid the calls from my friend, especially since the sales guy was getting a huge commission check out of the deal, even the manager was trying to ignore this whole situation until my friend decided to go to Corporate.
If you go in there looking to see what new products they have, they'll stalk you like you're trying to steal something and they're not as friendly as they used to be when they first opened up.
Anyone getting roofing, flooring, deck work, or anything else done, check prices around with other places, cause they'll charge 2x as much for the service and will get a contractor to start the job to lock you into the contract so won't get out of it, then tell you that they're behind and it will be a month or 2 before they can get it done.
It seems like they do this to keep contractors with a steady supply of jobs, they get to sell their products, while charging you 2x as much for the service, especially if they can get you locked into their contract.
I'm glad Home Depot is open as they get all my services and they do have friendly people working there.

There's been a growing amount of litter on your property that started way before the construction across the road began and it is negatively impacting the surrounding shops and area. As a business you are part of a community, maintaining the property really matters to the people who live and walk through the area every day. Businesses play an important role in community stewardship, and keeping the space clean makes a noticeable difference to everyone.
