They have a silly system that allows fraud bc it says they have 17 rakes in stock bc one of my "lifetime warranty" rakes broke and went to get a replacement and they didn't actually have any at all. Told me to drive to Waynesboro maybe their count was right and they had one. They are getting worse and worse and simple things like gloves, screws , concrete adhesive etc is out. They have more staff than ever but no cashier's and no one can help you with anything. It's either their "first week" or their " last day" Lowe's is losing to Home Depot and if this is what has to happen to get good service, accurate online and in-store counts, and good products at fair prices then so be it. I miss the small hardware stores. We sold our souls for price and convenience and now we have neither.
