I arrived at Lowes to pick up a curbside order. I checked in and sat in my truck for 30 minutes and never saw an employee. I had 6 pieces of drywall on my order so I figured it would take a little longer, but I was growing impatient. I walked inside to check on it and they had not even started working on getting my order ready. 30 minutes and no one even knew I was there. I brought back part of my order to my truck. They told me they were going to get the drywall out to me, so I waited a little longer. Another 20 minutes passes by and they still didn't get it out to me. I ended up having to get everything myself. I will NEVER use pickup orders again at Lowes. This is completely unacceptable.

Went in to get advice on how to put down some plywood i was working on . Got great advice and they was not pushy for me to by something. He asked what I had and guided me on what to do with what I had. Very nice staff

I went to Lowes for some carpet. Pushed the service button twice waited over 20 minutes for someone to come help. Then got to self checkout because the have no cashiers. The carpet had a item number so I had to wait again for someone to verify the item. Can't stand this place anymore. I have shifted all my business to Ace Hatdware and Home Depot.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
