I got several quotes from different tree companies and not only was Tom the most prompt, easy to talk to, and trustworthy, his quote was half the cost of some of the other tree companies. We had nine large holly trees removed from our property in Virginia Beach and they had an entire crew out and had the whole job done within a few hours. They trimmed up our beautiful live Oaks perfectly and ground out all the holly stumps the same day as well. His entire team was very polite and they were very hard workers. I will always use them for tree work from now on!

They removed several trees and bushes from our property, ground several stumps, and removed a cumbersome metal gazebo overgrown in English ivy. The owner was fair and transparent in his estimate and clearly isn’t trying to nickel and dime customers. The crew is a well-oiled machine with everyone getting right to work and doing the job efficiently. We will definitely be recommending! Thanks guys!
- AAAJDec 3, 20251.0Poor communication. Left a voicemail asking for an estimate, and they called back a day or two later and arrange to come out and estimate the work. Afterward, I had to leave another voicemail asking how to go forward. They wait a full 17 days to call back, and try to use that voicemail as confirmation of the job when I never paid or spoke to anyone on the phone after the estimate. Other companies have a convenient method to confirm work via online or text. I don't know of any other company that communicates this way.
