They'll answer a question if asked and not be rude about it, but if you're not forcing them to speak, they're definitely not wasting a second of their day to smile/speak in passing or at the registers.

Customer service is atrocious. Every worker there has some type of passive aggressive response or an attitude. Do not shop at this location
- BGBill GreenApr 9, 20262.0I drive past this Lowes to go to Home Depot a mile or so does the road. Why? Im a contractor and buy at HD 2-3 times per day. When I am doing jobs, I often need to return unused, extra or 'changed my mind' items. These returns make up about 1% of my purchases so its not much. Home Depot allows returns with no problems. Lowes makes you use a receipt or the card you used. If you dont have those you cannot return anything. I get that they are trying to keep theft down but I have a pile of merchandise I bought at Lowes that I cannot return and may never use. I cannot keep track of a receipt from a week ago since I've acquired probably 12 or more since then. I dont have a Lowes credit card like I do with HD because the credit card processing company handling Lowes is horrible. (Syncrony bank). I use my phone number every time I check out at Lowes and get a military discount but Lowes wont allow that for accessing my receipts like Home Depot does. A second reason I dont like Lowes and especially this branch is the customer service is poor at best. There are a couple stars but usually, you cannot find an associate or they hate their job and are grumpy. On my last trip there to buy an item that Home Depot didn't carry, but Lowes did, I spent 10 minutes looking for an associate in plumbing because i couldn't find it. I continued looking for the part, a 3/4" offset mounting bracket for a gas pipe, and eventually found it myself. One thing I can say positive about this location is parking is better than Home Depot and its much less crowded. Not because they have better parking...because most people (especially contractors) go to Home Depot (see above). I cannot recommend Lowes for Home Improvement merchandise.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
