  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Worker would not give name, continuously berated my father in law. Female, possibly management as she did not have a name badge. Used racial slurs, including the "N" word, several times. La-Z-Boy apparently did not have enough staff today, and told him HE had to help them breaking down and loading the cargo, which he was not able to do. The worker became argumentative and balled her fists up threatening violence. We expect professionalism from the businesses we support and we were extremely disappointed with our experience at this store.

  After we bought my son a recliner, the, I suspect, manager tried to fight me. Actual fist fight. She was also calling me racial slurs. NEVER SPIND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
