  This is a fantastic place. But DO NOT buy Sakura brand pens. The ink quality is extremely poor. I don't know where I put my receipt, so I'm unable to return them. DO NOT BY SAKURA BRAND PENS!!!

  This location is always organized well, flipped from all other locations though which is a small shock when you’re use to the other layout, but it’s easy to find. Theresia has been our checkout lady both times, and she is efficient and so kind. Everyone honestly at the front is so kind (all the older ladies) and just genuinely happy! I would love to hang out with them at a cafe chit chatting. They’re such a fun group and everyone left with smiles. That’s who you want representing your company. I had to do an exchange and she made the process super simple and easy. It was SO DIFFICULT going and putting on horse blinders to walk to the back and get the shirt sizes I needed and then do the same all the way back to the front. VERY DIFFICULT!!! My husband was happy too! Haha!

  The service was decent. Bri was the cashier and she wasn't warm like she was to us as I seen her to the others. Customer service should Not be Pulled out you by the customers.

  It was great, found most of what I went in there for, I have to order the rest. They didn't have a good selection of crochet thread on the shelf.
