Started renting April 2025 and after a reasonable $80 a month for 4 months, they doubled the rent and 4 months later it was triple the original amount. I procured a better rate somewhere else and upon removing my items, the entire unit was infested with rat droppings and many items were ruined with rat holes and chewed up items. Several boxes smelled like someone pee’d all over everything, absolutely ruining a good 15% of my stuff. Worse experience EVER! •****** What a waste of time so they said to call them and I did I left a message. They didn’t call me back. Did they call my wife and so I called them and they said that I had to clean out the unit because I left some things there that were rat infested chewed on poop garbage they say I have to clean out or they’re gonna continue to charge her for the unit and because I declined insurance they have no responsibility to the horrible experience that I had so I don’t recommend renting from these crooks. They don’t give a crap.
