- AAAJDec 3, 20251.0Poor communication. Left a voicemail asking for an estimate, and they called back a day or two later and arrange to come out and estimate the work. Afterward, I had to leave another voicemail asking how to go forward. They wait a full 17 days to call back, and try to use that voicemail as confirmation of the job when I never paid or spoke to anyone on the phone after the estimate. Other companies have a convenient method to confirm work via online or text. I don't know of any other company that communicates this way.

- VFVargas Family3500Aug 13, 20252.0Hired them years ago and they were great. Called July for a smaller job and estimate was good with a 1-4 week time frame. Called the end of week 3 to make sure we were on the schedule for next week; they showed up the next day to “give me an estimate for the work”. Got a call from the office 3 days later basically scolding me. Apparently I had confused her which is why she resent the crew for an estimate. I asked her why didn’t she call me if she was confused. I reiterated that I was confirming we were on the schedule for this week; because now it is week 4; and she said due to emergencies and severe weather the timeframe would move. But we had beautiful weather in the 70s for the last 2 1/2 weeks, I’m not sure what emergencies they’re referring to. We also had a contract, but apparently that doesn’t matter. I canceled the whole job.
