- MRMarvin RhoadesJan 11, 20241.0I had multiple keys to duplicate and I had to re-enter my credit card for each key. A real pain. I prefer to work with a real person and I was unable to use my veterans discount at Lowe’s.

I have requested a refund through their website per their instructions. I will update this if I get the refund. All in all, I think I will go back to using a locksmith. UPDATE: Refund was issued promptly the same day within a couple of hours along with a nice email. I certainly cannot fault the company, and all I lost was my time, hence 3 stars.
