- NJNicklas JacksonDec 31, 20251.0I placed a online order on Dec 22 for a job that is in progress and on a deadline I decided to go through Lowe’s at the time because of the estimated arrival of my product so I placed the order and oddly there was 3 separate charges on my account although the correct amount of money was taken immediately from my account so I was sure it was some glitch I still wanted to call and make sure NOBODY from customer service to pro desk would help me or wanted to either got transferred around until eventually the call would disconnect ok I let it go then 1 -2 weeks later getting emails that my payment has declined although the money is still not in my account and when I call the AI assistant operator asked for my order number I gave it and it told me that I had one item ready and one that was expected January 9 so again, I thought it was a glitch two days later all of the money was refunded into my account once again can’t get anybody on the phone don’t know if my product is still on the way if I’m gonna meet the deadline so I decide to shop around and I find it highly disrespectful that I found the exact same product At Home Depot for about $350 less same exact product I’m a contractor. I do a lot of business at both stores but it’s because of reasons like this if I have the option to go to To Home Depot, even if it’s further away, or a little more of an inconvenience I do so

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
